Hostel

Student Rules and Regulation :

  • The School makes every endeavourto consistently  help children to performbetter. As such all students  areexpected to show steady progress. If a student performs poorly inspite of allhelp he/she shall be liable for any action deemed necessary by the Schoolmanaging committee.

  • A student repeating the sameclass shall have to quit the school and make room for another child moreinterested and capable in studies.

  • Children shall leave the Schoolpremises only with proper authority from the,Chairman & Director /Principal. Any child leaving the school campus without permission, shall do soat the parent’s risk and responsibility. He shall also render himself liable toserious disciplinary action and possible expulsion.

  • Students are not permitted tokeep any money with them. If parents desire to leave extra money, it must bedeposited with the  Accountant/Head Clerkor the Hostel-in-Charge/ HouseMaster.

  • All assessments and promotionsshall be based on cumulative performance of the student through out the year.

  • With a view to impress theimportance of discipline, overstay of leave shall be liable to a fine, the rateof which will be  determined by theSchool authorities according to the seriousness of the offence.

  • All students are Expected toreflect high moral qualities. Sufficient guidance will be rendered to channelthe child’s conduct towards honest life. If any child persists with anyantisocial act he shall be liable to serious disciplinary action as deemed fitby the Principal.

Parent Regulations :

  • Parents leaving  their child in the hostel for the first timemust appreciate that the child will feel uneasy to begin with, but will soonadapt to the new environment. Frequent visits can hinder the settling-in-process.For this reason parents are not permitted to visit their children for the firstmonth following admission.

  • Parents visiting their childrenin the school shall NOT enter the boarding house premises without priorapproval of the House Masters and Hostel Incharges. Boarding Houses are theprivate abode of the school community and their privacy should not be flouted.

  • Parents are advised NOT to leaveany valuables in the possession of children. If done, the school shall not beresponsible for their safety.

  • All school dues should be paid ondue dates. Failing this, fine will be imposed for every delayed instalment.

  • The chairman & director / thePrincipal can ask the parent to withdraw their child if it is felt that thechild’s presence has bad influence on others. The chairman & director / theprincipal may also remove a child from the school whose  parents/guardian misbehaves with the schoolstaff.

  • Letters regarding fees, accounts,academics, welfare or complaints should be addressed to the chairman &director. In all correspondence, the student’s house number and class must bementioned.
